I love the instructors in the classes. I use the track almost daily and enjoy it, especially on the days when the weather isn't conducive to walking outdoors. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the workers. It's a great place to meet friends and feel comfortable working out!

I initially joined to work out, to be part of exercise and yoga classes. But what I received was greater than becoming more limber or running/ walking longer; it was gaining a new group of friends who meet once a month for breakfast, call or text each other, and keep track of each other!!
I enjoy the Silver Sneakers class Jody gives us seniors a good workout and I enjoy the music she plays. I also enjoy drumming class which is taught by Shauna. Shauna makes this class a lot of fun and since I’ve bee coming to this class, it has really grown in numbers. I also take Shauna’s water aerobics class on Fridays mornings. I especially enjoy the warm pool and exercising with Shauna. She makes any class she teaches a lot of fun.
I love the high quality building design including outdoor play area for kids in kids watch, fireplace and sitting area in the entry, and the two pools for laps and kid friendly area.

I’ve recently been working on the weight machines with the help of a trainer. I’m older. I was very intimidated by the machines. I like the way everyone treats me well around these machines. Everyone is at the Y is there to workout and get healthier.
All the employees are courteous and helpful. The facility is clean and well lit. The various programs are well prepared. I have a lot of enthusiasm about completing my workouts in such a fine facility.

As a new-ish parent, child watch is great for actually having time to work out. Group exercises also provide the motivation I need to get moving.
Very good instructors. Well kept nice and clean facility. Good staff at the welcoming desk could use some upgrades on the exercise machines and I would like the large pool to be warmer.

Very friendly and lots of machines
The ladies at the y care are always so friendly and positive. My girls never have anything bad to say about their time spent there. It’s such a relief to be able to leave my girls in the care of someone I know will treat them right while I have a few hours to myself to work out and have me time.
The staff is pleasant and kind, I especially appreciate the child watch leaders and staff. The environment is clean and kept well. I participate in a handful of the classes and groups and think they’re well organized and ran.

It is a beautiful facility. We take the Silver Sneakers class with Jodi and it is an excellent workout. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
