Meeting People at the Y. The Employees are also awesome. Especially Abby at the front Desk. Always a smile on her face and always says good morning.
Clean, Friendly, Safe feeling environment!
The staff is wonderful- always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that other members attending classes somehow think that they have the right to a certain spot in the room just because they have been there for a long time. I visit classes in the morning (TNT and Pilates with Julie C) and the classes are very full. When I first started coming, I was told by other attendees what spot I could have and another time that I was in someone's spot. I have not experienced that at any other YMCA (I also go to the central branch and Parkview). I know this was an issue at a Zumba class I took at Jorgensens - the instructor addressed the issue.
Lots of activities, very clean, friendly people
I was there to donate blood.

Great facility, friendly staff, lots of activities and always welcoming!
I love the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff at the Jackson R. Lehman Family YMCA. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, and there’s a strong sense of community every time I walk through the doors. The variety of programs and classes makes it easy to stay active, and the staff genuinely care about members’ experiences and well-being.
JRL rocks!!! 🫶🏾 Hi membership family!!
I like the variety of the activities you can do. I use the machines, i.e. bicycles, various weights to improve my stamina and muscle strength. I had surgery recently and am getting back up to my level of activity before it.
friendly staff members and overall cleanliness.
I appreciate the large mezzanine oval track available for walking and the extensive number of varied exercise equipment as well as ample available treadmills.

It's Great!!
The staff and members are friendly. We love the selection of classes
Staff are generally friendly and responsive to requests. Facilities are good: walking track is the best of all Fort Wayne YMCAs, variety and number of workout machines is good, pool is good and well-maintained, good to have a sauna and a steam room.
I love the community, facilities, and having two pools is great.
I is close to home, has an indoor track and lots of services.
