The Jackson R Lehman Y is a great place to workout. The front desk workers are always kind, caring and welcoming. This Y offers a wide variety of workout equipment, a waking area upstairs, a variety of workout classes, a great swimming area and they have open gymfor pickleball and basketball. The facility is very clean and well kept up,which I really appreciate. I really enjoy going to this Y and I go many times weekly.
I love all of the exercise options at the Jackson Lehman Y. The friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility all make it a desirable place to come for a work out.

I like the building meaning the track and seeing all over with the windows. It usually is not t oo crowded when I go but it is planned that way.

Enjoy the variety of exercises and it is a good workout!
Also like that it is a smaller class. Easier to see and hear the instructor and there is plenty of room.

JRL is the best YMCA in town for runners. The track is wide and easy on the legs.
I love that not only am I member but I am also an employee. I can trust in the staff when I'm not working to have my daughter when working out or just having some time to collect my self. I love that she's well taken care of and that i can be myself not only as a member but an employee as well. It feels like a second home and I have created amazing relationships along the way that I will carry with me for a life time .

I love how big and clean the facilities are, the staff are friendly and care about helping people. I feel like you are set up to succeed at the Y and it's a positive atmosphere.
Employees and the people you meet
I am 79 and had back fusion surgery 1 yr ago. I'm in my 3rd week of participating in Jodi's Silver Seakers class. I am amazed at my overall improvement in doing various activities. Jodi does an excellent job and is very kind!

Clean, very friendly, good equipment! Love the idea of the good physical therapy office there. Not enough to lower my opinion of the place but I wish you had sort of retired group that was organized to support each other. Also a weight loss program
