A friendly welcoming staff, clean, well maintained facility. I'm a big fan of the Central Y!
Working out at the central Y multiple times a week always puts me in a better mood. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and seeing other regulars bonding over shared goals of health is inspiring. There is a great sense of community and support at the central YMCA.
Dora’s aqua Zumba class is so fun! It hardly feels like a work out.
Privacy for women
Very clean. Nice gym and track. Good weight equipment and great aerobic equipment. Friendly staff.

It's always a great day when I start it at the Y even on Tuesdays (the worst day of the week)! I look forward to checking in with the front desk crew and saying good morning to the regulars I encounter while I'm working out. Love the Central branch!
