I love going to the Y because everybody is friendly and very helpful it is so clean and air conditioned in the summer and all their equipment is and very good working conditions and they have coaches there if you like to help you they have different programs for everyone

Friendly atmosphere, Christians around. I haven't been able to go much because of health issues. Once I have a surgery I need, I'll be going. At least 3 times a week. I love the variety ofachines and classes.

We went out of our way to check out this ymca and me and my kiddos were impressed! We loved the pool and how their splash pad was kids level deep...the only thing this ymca is missing is an indoor play area for kids!!!
Silver Sneakers provides the exercise I need. Challenging yet doable. The socialization is also a plus. All in all it's good physically and mentally and spiritually.
