We are relatively new to propane. We’ve owned our new home about six months now. We had always had natural gas. Unfortunately, we were unaware that we needed to closely monitor our tank. And, unfortunately, we ran completely out of propane.
So, of course, I started panic calling every propane supplier that might service us. Most companies were less than enthusiastic to help us. However, you not only heard our plea but labeled us as “URGENT” and actually filled our tank the very next day! We are grateful! Thank you!

I have been a Freman Gas customer for about a year now. I have no complaints. The service is good, when I call to get more LP gas put into my tank there's never an issue, also you guys have a website that we can pay our bill. The people that bring us the gas are very friendly and helpful. I have one question though. This time when I called and requested a gas tank fill up, I had to pay an estimate amount up front which was not what I did the 2 times before. It would be good go back to the way it was when we would just pay thru the website (at Superior Propane). Even though I paid an estimate amount based on the '%' the tank indicated they put in 309 gallons more than we anticipated which was fine just a thought/comment. Bottom line, we're glad that we have a company like Freeman Gas/Superior propane to get our LP gas from. I'll always be a customer with you guys..! Keep up the good work..! See you next time..!
