Professional, courteous and prompt
The person that delivered the propane was very nice.
Unfortunately I ordered on the 17th and it didn't get delivered until the 31st. I didn't mind the delay in delivery, but my card, that is on file, had to be reactivated by me in order to pay since it fell off the delivery after so many days.
Service is always fast and friendly. Paying your bill is also easy online.
I like the ability to call the Freeman Gas office to order a propane delivery and not have to order a delivery thru some sort of app. Talking with a representation gives me the assurance that the order will be processed. My experience with web sites for other companies does not always give the complete assurance that what was ordered will actually be delivered on time as requested.

Friendly and easy group to work with
Since the day I started with them as my propane provider they have been great. I have never run out of propane, 1 call to the office and the truck shows up a day or two later [ I always call at around 30%]. The office staff couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant to speak too, they make you feel like you’re a valued customer and not just an account number. I have highly recommended them to my friends and neighbors.
