I have never ran out of gas, I am automatic fill up . After fill ups if paid with in certain time you get a discount , which I like. Tank rental is reasonable. I was told I had 20 per cent in my tank so I have turned my heat on and I am sure they will fill me up soon.. Ed was the guy who filled my tank most of the time.. Super nice.. I have been with freeman a long time and I have never had any problems ! I was a little confused when it was switched to Superior Plus, however I haven’t never ran out of gas and with that I am happy.. thank you for taking care of me !!

Always promptly checking our propane and filling it when needed. Your website is difficult to navigate. I have trouble signing in and paying on line.
The driver came on a Saturday morning. He was so pleasant and kind. My pilot light went off in my fireplace and he came inside to light it for me. I would highly recommend Freeman Gas to everyone. They are always pleasant and take care of my gas tank,

The pre buy option saves lots of money. I like it that Freeman’s keeps an eye on my tank and responds promptly when I have had issues in past. The only thing that could be better is to settle on a name for your company. I receive bills and correspondence from multiple named entities …very confusing.

It feels like a small hometown business, you would call and speak with Raye in the office, she knew everybody and was always so pleasant to work with. The drivers are knowledgeable and
always friendly when you speak with them. I was with Energy United until they let me run out of propane and couldn't get to me for 24 hours in the middle of winter, I went to the Denver N.C. office of Freeman Propane, and they had a driver to my house in a couple of hours, the driver also worked with me to get my water heater fired up after filling the tank, I had heat within minutes of his arrival. The whole office is a class act.
