I had an issue about getting gas delivered. It turns out that the app that I used to determine my gas levels doesn’t update until the following day. Jamie, the manager, went over and beyond customer service to take care of any issues that I had. We have been doing business with Freeman for over 18 years and they have always been excellent in customer service. They are switching over to a new system and any one who has ever experienced this knows that changes are hard and things will happen. I am changing my score from a 3 to 10.
