Prompt delivery when my tank went below 40%. However, delivery was on Thursday, and I know that because I saw him, but he did not leave any notification of the delivery and my account was debited the next day, again, no notification.

We're very professional. One of my heaters,well I lost the pilot light. Do I need to call to get this fixed? I will pullout the manual tomorrow and hopefully can get it going .
