I hate dealing with company who is out state and never provide service directly. When company which is out of state, it only causes a lot of service problems on the local level. if Freeman Gas in Sylva NC is allowed to control the operation on a daily on the local level, then there will be no problems. Again, company that is of state trying to control a company in the state is bad business.
