I like that you have an office with a real person to help and that the service requested was prompt. My sister recently needed help with her gas heater. She called her gas company only to discover there was no longer a local office and the number she had to call connected her to persons whose foreign accent she could not understand. She was routed through 4 different such people to be told the company no longer offered that service and she does not know who to call for it. I hope that doesn't happen with y'all.
