I really enjoy your install experts who come out to fill our gas. I really don't understand why you don't schedule them to do both gas tanks at the same time. That is confusing and frustrating for us homeowners. It also puts your drivers in a tough spot. Homeowners get frustrated with them when it isn't their fault. You should really fix this problem.

In the twenty or so years I have dealt with Freeman Gas, they have always provided professional and timely service. The auto fill system seems to work well, with timely deliveries. They have even helped when I experienced a problem with the igniter on my water heater. Good people, working quietly in the background to make sure my energy needs are met.
Automatic refill
I've never had a problem with Freeman gas. My tank is always full so I don't have to worry and
you come right away when I have a problem. I've been with you for over 25 years and never had a problem. If anybody ask I tell them your the best.
I use gas, your company always fill when needed and let me know amount delivered and cost. I live out of state so this is very helpful to me

They have a monitor on your propane tank that has an alert on it to automatically come and refill your tank.
Your technicians that mov d our propane tanks were courteous & professional.
However when trying to call your local office I was as directed to someone in Connecticut and after a twenty minute delay I actually went down to my local office. It’s not great business to have a sign that states this is a local company when that is obviously not true.
Thankfully I was able to schedule my request through the great employee you had in Sylva, not Connecticut!
