While they weren't quick about getting to me, they did come and got my tanks installed. They checked that the heaters were functioning. A few days later they came back and filled up the tank the rest of the way. So, I was pleased.
Ease of payment
From installing logs, services the logs, and keeping tanks full, everything is done on time and very professional manner. One time service department responded quickly to a gas leak in the middle of the night.
