Automatic refills -- Not having to keep up with level of gas in the tank. However, it would be nice to have a little advance notice of a delivery. Last delivery caused a bit of panic as I needed to leave just as the truck was coming down the driveway. However, the driver kindly backed out to let me get to my doctor's appointment on time.

We moved into our new home in Black Mountain and were told the gas had been filled recently. One week later our fire logs died out and our hot water was a gas heater. We called Freeman on Friday morning and found out the last fill was 11 months earlier and their filling schedule was 7-10 days. The rep could not have been nicer and promised she’d speak to the service manager. They called a guy in and he showed up Saturday morning. Truly the definition of customer service. Don’t be left in the cold. We weren’t.

Our previous propane supplier was a national chain which had eliminated local customer service. We switched to Freeman this past year following TS Helene as they were able to provide propane without us being a customer on file, and quickly set us up. After leaving a previous review regarding my experience with Superior Propane/Freeman Gas, I would like to provide an update. The issues described were promptly and professionally addressed. My mom's bill has been adjusted and her system will now be monitored so that she doesn't run out of propane in the future. The matter was handles with great professionalism and kindness by management. I could not have asked for a better outcome.
