The employees have always been very nice from the delivery service and office staff.
If I ever call with a question or concern you all are very nice and helpful. I do not like that it is so easy to miss signing up for the monthly pre-set payment plan. I've been on it for years but somehow missed the sign up...maybe when you switched to Superior and on-line payments...so the recent bill came as a surprise.
