Overall we are satisfied however, I had to call 2x for delivery because they called the wrong number and I didn’t know they were coming and they won’t come on the yard with my sweet golden retriever so we scheduled again and they came again without letting me know and the dog was out again. This time the driver called my husband on the correct number and was able to work out the delivery which I appreciated.
I love Freeman Gas for their friendly, efficient customer service. Two people who really stand out are Jennifer and Tommy. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with on the phone as I was setting up my account, making appointments. She gave me a terrific first impression of how smoothly things would go with Freeman Gas. Tommy came out to inspect the gas systems in my home and he, too, was a genuine pleasure to work with. He told me exactly what he was there to accomplish and answered all my questions. He was kind, efficient and highly professional throughout the visit.
