I like your product of Propane.
Your services have gone downhill somewhat and it is disturbing to me. It has become difficult to contact Superior Propane with too many "hoops to jump through". Referring me to call 911 in an emergency is ludicrous when dealing with what could be a volatile situation at my home or running out of Propane which would interrupt the function of my Generac and other life saving functions in my home.
The last "service person" that Superior sent to my home had absolutely no idea where he even was on the map and knew virtually nothing about a Generac, how to approach my home, fill the underground tank, take a reading of how much propane I have left in my tank, as per long standing instructions did not call ahead or when he left my property and did not follow instructions as to where the tank is located on the lower part of the driveway which has very easy access to the tank. He was very respectful and polite but I believe he was scared to death under the circumstances I pointed out to him in addition to my dog that has ferocious barking in pure defense of this property until I bring her inside. You put him in a very awkward and dangerous position and it is not his fault!! He was ill-prepared by Superior Propane. Freeman Gas was very personable and truly cared about its customers and they are truly missed in our area. You "ran off" the best employees of Freeman Gas with restrictions,
regulations and non-caring robotic service. The only choice we have at this point is to change our propane company. I have been told by many people that their new company of choice in this area is so much better than what Superior Propane has become! Self preservation and the comfort of being secure and comfortable in our homes is far more important than retaining your "new" Superior Propane company. Surely there are Federal and SC State Standards for delivering and servicing fuel. I will not hesitate to do that if this situation continues. Last name removed Residence

I am a very satisfied customer. My only frustration is that it is very difficult to get a local person on the phone to assist over the recent year. The small town feel is no longer present.
I do appreciate Lewis, who is usually the one to come each fall and check my system and tank. On his recent visit, he discovered that the gauge on my tank was not working and he was able to replace it that day. The gauge was falsely reading at 85% full and it was almost empty. Very grateful that this was discovered before the winter weather heads our way!
