Phil recently came and did a tank replacement and did a wonderful job. He was on time and very efficient, doing the job that I thought would have taken two people! I was expecting my tank to be refilled the next day. But to my surprise it was filled that same day and I didn't even notice.
Everyone in the office has been nice and helpful as well.
On another note, we also have an additional tank for our whole house generator. We ran the generator for a whole week after Helene. With delays in power restoration, we were close to running out when I called in late on Friday afternoon. The lady I spoke with as at another Freeman office and said she would do her best to get us on the schedule, but couldn't make any promises. Early Saturday morning a truck out of Greenville arrived and filled the tank!!!
