The service man who came to our home late Friday afternoon (Black Friday) to refill our tank and test for leaks was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. The lady at dispatch who scheduled the appointment was also very kind and offered a sense of urgency to our situation.

Was helping me solve an issue with my lower level Direct Vent fireplace that will not draft/draw.
He didn't forget about my issue and kept asking around to see if there was something we missed when checking it out. He finally decided that all was done that could be done and that my Direct Vent system just doesn't work. I feel he help exhaust all possible fixes.

Timely and thorough
I like most everything! The only thing I don’t like is Freeman gas has let my tank run out of gas twice in the last two winters! It looks like they have put a monitor system on the tank to alert them, but have not communicated it to me. I’m not there in the winter so I depend on the heat running at the low level and it runs on propane! I’ve been with Freeman since 2015!
