I have never run out of propane!!! I appreciate the service that is given to keep the tank relatively full…especially when a storm is coming.

I understand that there will always be growing pains when a local entity merges with a much larger corporation, but there is no reason to lose the feel of a small town business. Everyone in the office is very responsive to any questions I might have.
I don’t run out of gas. If I have a question or a problem, I have always been treated courteously and with concern. I have bought gas logs and have been very happy with my purchases. I’ve also been very happy with my tankless water heater once I got a deviculsting system installed. That was a financial surprise, but it has worked well. We have always had a good working relationship
