I have never run out of propane!!! I appreciate the service that is given to keep the tank relatively full…especially when a storm is coming.
Your personnel are very people oriented and have excellent customer service.
However, your auto billing is very difficult to get set up correctly when done over the phone.

I understand that there will always be growing pains when a local entity merges with a much larger corporation, but there is no reason to lose the feel of a small town business. After our conversation, I have decided to stay a customer of Freeman/Superior.

Everyone in the office is very responsive to any questions I might have.
I don’t run out of gas. If I have a question or a problem, I have always been treated courteously and with concern. I have bought gas logs and have been very happy with my purchases. I’ve also been very happy with my tankless water heater once I got a deviculsting system installed. That was a financial surprise, but it has worked well. We have always had a good working relationship
