Freeman gas has always provided excellent service. My delivery is always regular. I recently smelled propane outside. I called to report it and within an hour the service man, Johnathan , was checking my tank. He actually checked it twice. He went over and above. Minutes after he left the truck was filling my tank. I can't thank you enough or tell you how much I appreciate it. I have to say I miss the staff in the Highlands office on Dillard road.

Great people and customer service
I’ve been a Freeman Gas customer for 23 years. I never needed to phone for a propane refill for all those years until last week when my furnace and gas logs stopped working because I was completely out of propane. In the
Past, Freeman gas always keep my tank at a level where I never ran out of propane. It seems that the new owners/management last filled my tank in February and did not have me scheduled for another filling until December.
On the good side, I was totally out of propane on a Saturday morning at 9:00am, but a driver was at my house by 11:00am to fill my propane tank. Nevertheless, I shall now check the tank myself once a month to avoid a repeat of a completely empty tank.

The staff are always courteous and helpful. Deliveries are trouble free and on time. No need to call or worry about tank running out. (our previous supplier missed and a delivery and that led to burst pipe)
