I like your monitoring and topping off my tank when needed. Price is very good for all you do.
I am having difficulty getting a credit for installation services on my account. I was required to pay $2,346.47 up front in estimated costs before installation could begin. I was told the actual cost would likely be less and that I would be refunded the difference. The bill i received for the initial setup was $2,084.00. An additional charge of $40.84 was added for final hookup and leak check for a grand total of $2,124.84. This would indicate i am due a refund of $221.63. The national hotline told me I would have to visit the Gaffney office in person to work this out. I cannot call. I will drive there today in the hope I can get this finalized without having to work through the corporate office.
Called for gas and it was delivered next day. always great people that take care of their customers. I have been a customer for over 30 years .

They made sure I felt safe and knew how to work everything. They said someone would come and fill my tank so I’m just waiting on that. Having heat in such a cold winter is a game changer.
I don't care for your communication skills but the driver you sent with my propane was the best. It took you 12 days for you to deliver my propane. The only reason you did it was it was going to get to 15 on Sunday night. I will be looking to see if there are those that can deliver better than you. Freeman used to bring it out next day after you ordered but last year it took 7 days to get you here and this year we are up to 12 days. Freeman was customer friendly and that has slipped with the sale.

Delivery driver is always courteous and informative. In addition, he called to let me know that he was headed my way. I liked receiving an email the day before to let me know that a delivery was being made.
