I like that you service the gas logs that you sale. The parts can be replaced instead of having to buy a new set. We are on auto fill and we never run out of propane. Your employees are always very courteous and respectful when they come to do a service call or to fill up the tank.

Response to my needs when I call.
My only concern is that I had to call multiple times to get a delivery and had I not I most likely would have been without heat at this extremely cold time as my tank was in the red at the time of my delivery. I was told at the time I moved into my home in 2021 that I would be watched and not have to worry about my deliveries.
Other than that my service technicians and delivery people have been excellent and I am pleased with the company

I ran out of gas, my fault, your driver, who respinded very rapidly, is the first in 15 years to call me after making delivery, to inquire if pilot lights needed to be relit and if i needed any help with anything. I am disabled and appreciate the thoughtfulness of this man

Wondering when that automatic meter is going to work in full effect so that you guys can top me off before I run out that’s a little frustrating and I was excited about it but it’s not the end of the world. Would love to get that work and so you guys can come at Will and fill that up.
I’m thankful for you all and I know things will only get better. Just keep me in mind.
