The staff is very friendly and helpful it make you feel like it's beautiful to come to work out and they always say hello and goodbye on your interest and exit

Most of the staff is friendly. Caleb is responsive. The new equipment is great but the roof leaks need repair, the landlord should be held accountable!!!
The trainer at Opelousas Arianne Brown is the only reason we stay members since Planet lacks the more experienced lifting equipment! Arianne is the best trainer we’ve ever used period! She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re truly satisfied! The assistant manager Hannah is the most disrespectful woman I’ve were met she never greets anyone and rolls her eyes at everyone! If it wasn’t for Arianne Brown at the Opelousas location we would’ve switched gyms! Please address the assistant manager because it’s every members opinion not just ours! Members talk all the time about her. Thanks and please follow up after addressing the assistant manager to let me know the outcome.
