training of employees in all area's of gym. I have asked a few questions here & there and some questions have been answered, very quickly.... But the other response is "I don't know!" with no additional statement of "let me see if I can find out for you". There are a few that don't seem to worry about customers, but on the Positive Side you have those that are friendly and do know about the working of the gym.
It is always clean and open when needed.
