What impressed me the most was the strong communication and follow-up, and everyone doing what they said they were going to do. My wife and I also enjoyed working with Anthony and Jake during the design phase in mutually sharing thoughts to help meet our needs for the project. Mike was excellent as an installer. We are very happy with the end result!

I was given ideas for features I didn't even know existed that made working in my kitchen much easier and efficient. The cabinets are made of quality materials and 2 were completely custom made to fit the odd angles of my small kitchen. Workers showed up on time and were pleasant. They took care not to harm stuff like countertops. One thing they didn't have to do, but did, was haul my stove to my extra garage so I could still use it while the kitchen was demo'ed and rebuilt. They took the time to measure correctly and add the features I wanted and to fix or replace the boo-boos. I love my kitchen!

Wow! We are over the moon with Kitchen Tune-up! When our house was built 24 years ago our large luxurious kitchen with an island and beautiful cabinetry was state of the art, but recently we noticed that it needed a reboot. We loved the cabinets and overall layout but the sunlight aged the wood and our countertops needed replacing. It was perfect timing that our neighbors had just “tuned up” their kitchen and had us over to see the benefits of not starting over from scratch. So we called on Kitchen Tune-up to reinvigorate and modernize our aging kitchen. From start to finish we were impressed with the friendly, professionalism and punctuality of everyone involved. Also, they were thoughtful, efficient and flexible with our own changes during the process. We loved the collaboration we shared towards the overall beauty and functionality. From the start we always kept an open mind that we were working with cabinets that were a quarter of a century old and that it could be difficult to make them look great once more, but Kitchen Tune-up stained our cabinets to perfection. Just beautiful! And then we added new quartzite countertops to put the icing on the cake. It’s hard for us not to just stare and smile. Thank you Kitchen Tune-up!

I rarely give a 10 to anyone because there isn't any project that doesn't have some issues. Mine did have a few, the reason I gave them a 9 is because they addressed every issue with expediency and to the best of their ability. They always arrived when they said they would which was a huge plus for me. Reliability in this industry can be a bit sketchy, but it's not for this company. I did refacing in the kitchen and thought the cabinetry would be lighter compared to the sample, however it was a bit darker. The end product was quite nice looking though. I also had cabinetry refinished in the laundry and bathrooms. I was very happy with the end product.
