I rarely give a 10 to anyone because there isn't any project that doesn't have some issues. Mine did have a few, the reason I gave them a 9 is because they addressed every issue with expediency and to the best of their ability. They always arrived when they said they would which was a huge plus for me. Reliability in this industry can be a bit sketchy, but it's not for this company. I did refacing in the kitchen and thought the cabinetry would be lighter compared to the sample, however it was a bit darker. The end product was quite nice looking though. I also had cabinetry refinished in the laundry and bathrooms. I was very happy with the end product.
