I like seeing the delivery guys even before I called them. Nice to see that they are trying to get ahead of our services. Sometimes it takes them 7 days to come to our ranch and that doesn't work.

The office staff are very nice and respectful. When I call to get gas delivered it usually is within a week or sooner. A couple of times I had to wait longer but it was not a problem. I ask to be called in advance to be informed of my delivery so I can put my dogs safely away. The dogs don't like the big trucks. They call me to inform me when I am in route for the delivery in advance and they call me when they are on their way to deliver. The truck drivers are very nice also. They call me when they are on their way to my house. I thank the staff for being nice, respectful, and helpful. Thanks.
