Suggest using text messages to notify of a upcoming delivery, cell service in our area may not always be good to receive a phone call.
It is easy to call and request a propane refill. The refill is scheduled quickly and so we never run out. The drivers and the office staff are very helpful and friendly. A live person always answers the phone.

Tom came out, looked over the tank and the house set up tent to be filled the very next day with new fittings on the tank ran an additional line to guesthouse put me back into functional propane for my property without filling and moving bottles of propane on a regular basis. Really appreciate the quick prompt service good communications and I’m set for my new home. Thanks very much.

My only complaint is that the last couple of deliveries the driver hasn't left any information regarding the fill up. In the past we used to get a cash register like receipt showing the volume, etc. I know I can find that information in the portal, but if we hadn't seen the truck coming down the driveway we wouldn't have known there as delivery until the next time we checked the tank.
