Tim, our service tech and installer, was very meticulous and did a great job of making a well thought out installation of a new tank running new pipe and connecting to the existing pipe that ran into the house. Great work and done efficiently and effectively. No wasted motion.
Tom McGinnis, our customer service representative, did a great job of getting service set up and followed up on everything making sure the installation was made as promised.
We cancelled service with one of Western Propane's national competitors after nine years because they were no longer available locally to solve any problem. Customer service had gone overseas and communications was no longer a reality.
