I enjoy that the pool is kept open year round now. It is helpful to have the opportunity to use it on our random warm days.
The staff is very friendly and the equipment is pretty good. Pros: punching bag- few gyms have this and i use it frequently.
cons: could benefit from another bosu ball in the ab area and some thick small bands for walking lunges and kick backs and things.
The Y is less than 5 minutes from home. The staff is friendly and welcoming every time I enter the building. I feel safe. This is important at my age.

The neighborhood zone makes it so I can afford to go to the ymca. And the SE ymca is always clean and welcoming. It's great! Love the pool too and the new heated pool swim days you've been dong.

I love the dance classes here! I recently discovered Charisse's class on Friday mornings and it's my new favorite. She is an incredible instructor - her warmth and enthusiasm are infectious and she has a truly inclusive class for folks from all walks of life. 💜🩵
I haven't worked out or joined a class yet but I plan on enjoying myself
Everything!! The facility is new and sparkling clean, and there are so many amenities, I can’t begin to list them all. But a few are an outstanding gym, with state of the art exercise and weight machines, an outdoor and indoor track, an outdoor heated pool, a plethora of classes to meet both younger and older patrons’ needs, an outdoor community garden, and much more! Staff is so friendly and helpful it feels like family and is a great place to improve and maintain one’s health and well-being!
