Great weight floor, meditation on Tuesdays and gentle hatha yoga on Sundays. You need more traditional yoga offerings later in the morning though for those of oldies who aren't early risers.

I liked this location because it was immaculate and close to home. Staff was friendly and it was easy to get a machine.
I love dancing. So having numerous dance classes motivates me to workout. Having a great instructor is a plus also.

We have had a great experience with the SE Raleigh YMCA. They are available when we need to sign our son up for teacher workdays and Spring Break and the kids have an amazing time with stories to tell about fun days with their instructors. Highly recommend!
