Initially, I joined because of the convenience of being downtown and in close walking distance. Since getting to know a number of people, I’ve found it’s a nice environment to meet and get to know other downtown neighbors I never would have met otherwise.

My swipe in was "cheating" 😂. I was working the Freedom Ride Rescue booth at Cuefest and needed somewhere to escape the heat and fill my water bottle. Thank you for letting me use my membership in a variety of ways!
We like the convenience of the Moore Square parking, the friendly staff, the excellent locker rooms, the open doors on empty workout rooms where we can stretch, and the equipment.

The yoga instructors, Jeff and Erin in cycling. They're all great. The great relationships that develop among those who regularly attend the classes. Great people at Poyner.
Good variety of equipment available on the fitness floor from resistance training to cardio. Rarely need to wait for equipment. Also, a good selection of classes including the hot yoga and cycle classes.

I love the heated yoga and sculp classes. Only negative is your app is not good. I can't even add a class to my calendar easily. But the yoga classes are great.

I love the friendly staff and all the classes. The only thing I would change is to add bike parking. Right now there is only room for 2 bikes.
The staff, the cleanliness of the space, and the convenience of the location make it ideal for working professionals downtown. The staff is highly professional and even knows your name when you come in, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. The equipment is always working, clean, and well maintained, and the overall environment is friendly and inviting. I also really appreciate that the locker rooms are fully stocked and that everything I need is right there, allowing me to make the most of my one-hour lunch break.
Beautiful facility. Enjoying the hot yoga & pilates classes immensely. Definitely calibrating my personal hydration measures around these classes now!
