Good place to meet people and work out

I do not feel that that I'm getting the most for my money. A young man showed me how to use the treadmill and two other pieces of equipment. He said that I could ask members to show me how to use other pieces of equipment. That is not why members are there.

Courteous Staff

I like the pool, exercise equipment. I'd like to see a Hydrow rower.

I like the classes and community. Childcare workers have been great.

I love my Les Mills Combat and Pump classes. Anna, Stephen and Kayla are top notch instructors. They care about us!!

I love the variety of fitness options! Especially the pool and water fitness options!
