Knowing there are so many different classes from which to choose, according to your specific needs. As a former teacher, I enjoy hearing the happy sounds of children who are tracked out for a time and come there to learn Y skills and have fun. Sounds like they love it!
Opportunities abound at the Y - pickle ball, ballroom dancing, working jigsaw puzzles, planting your favorite flower or vegetable in the Y Garden and watching it grow, enjoying a cup of coffee with a pal, cruising on Jordan Lake as a wildlife expert narrates the trip, bus trips to plays, parks, and more. The Kraft family YMCA is a great place to be. It is very large in size and has great amenities. I have been going there for several years.

I love that there is a myriad of things to do; pool, yoga, Zumba, exercise classes, weight room, and so many treadmills, bikes, rowers and every other type of equipment imaginable. I always use the walk/run path when I am there. It's soft and cushioned and you can watch the other members having fun, so it takes my mind off my little aches and pains. There is always an employee available if there are questions. The locker room is so large and provides every aminity. The sauna is the perfect end to a perfect work-out. Last, but not least, it makes me so happy to be surrounded by so many different types of people - white, black, brown, people using canes and walkers, people fit for the Olympics, young, old and everything in-between. I especially love that young children are not allowed to run around where the adults are trying to work out. That is very distracting, but I understand they also have a wonderful area made just for kids too! Perfect!

Staff is the best. Nice facility. Wish there was an indoor pool for cool weather water fitness. Another sit down eliptical machine would be nice too.

I went to this facility for the first time for a class I had signed up for. The receptionist was very courteous and went out of his way to show me where I needed to go, and where the locker rooms were. It made me feel welcome.

Love YMCA! The staff are amazing and people that workout there are super nice. There is a strong community feel there. My 5am crew, love them!!!

They also have so many classes to choose from the price is very affordable compared to what you get. I am glad I found this.
