I'm so happy with the atmosphere and lively feeling I get at the Kraft Family YMCA. It's a place to meet friends and family and work out to keep fit and healthy. I love the sound of children as they play when school is out for them. If you'd like, there are trainers available to help with the equipment and to set up a routine for individual fitness. I especially all the offerings for seniors who like to do activities outside the Y. One of my favorites was the evening cruise on Lake Jordan. We took our sandwiches and discovered many unknown to me facts about the wildlife there and about the lake itself. I have a deficit of sun in my own yard, so my neighbor and I took on a garden bed and grew some awesome vegetables this year. There's something for everyone at the Y. I'll meet you there.

Pros: Up-to-date weight machines, wide choice of machines, friendly staff, wide variety of classes
Cons: TV doesn't work on many of the treadmills, disappointed that the 2 Total Gym machines are gone

The building is nice, the employees are friendly, and the equipment is new.
Friendly, new equipment, lots of different classes and lots of classes period all through the day. Clean. Like the instructors a lot. Knowledgeable and encouraging.

There are a good variety of exercise classes available and there is a wide variety of fitness machines available. Also the staff is nice and friendly.
Convenient to my house. Has equipment I like. Members do need to do a better job wiping equipment prior/after use.

Love Kraft YMCA. Would always recommend it to anyone looking for a place to workout.
We love the Y and our families have grown up using the Y since childhood. Our closest branch is the Kraft YMCA and there are two things that I wish could be improved.
1) The current close time on week nights is 9pm but it's difficult to attend during the week due to children and getting them dinner and putting them to bed. I think there would be interest from parents and others if the YMCA could stay open until 10pm on Mon-Thurs.
2) Kid Zone - Friday PM and Sunday Kid Zone hours at the Kraft YMCA.
