Without warning, my battery died. I had just finished working out and it was cold and rainy. I went back to the front desk to ask if they had jumper cables. Robert overhead the conversation and immediately got a portable charger. He jumped my car and I was able to get my NEWISH dud battery immediately replaced. Thank you for hiring great, helpful, knowledgeable and cheerful people!

* Good number of cardio machines and most are new
* excellent weights areas with good mix of machines and free weights
* Open design of the upstairs workout areas
* Appreciate the annual refinishing of the two gym floors
* Locker rooms with two saunas

… all managed by a friendly, helpful staff.
