great people, great facility, great atmosphere!
Great variety of workout options, great variety of classes, well maintained facility, generally nice staff
It was easy to sign up and the price is great. It was difficult for the staff to sign me and my family up, because I was under 29 and my wife is over. So we couldn’t sign up for the 2 adult with dependents. We have separate accounts which is weird and took a very long time to figure out.
They are professional and kind people.

I live in Clayton and the Kraft Family location has everything to offer unlike the Clayton YMCA. I have an injury and was able to workout using the plate loaded machines. Unlocked the Clayton location which does not have the same machines. Also I was able to get through a 20 minute stair stepper exercise because the machines are side by side unlike the Clayton location. I have asked the Clayton YMCA to relocate the stair machine from downstairs cycle room, still no reply. Having the two machines side by side would allow members to come together and push one another. Love the Kraft Family Location.

I enjoy the Thrive trips and the exercise classes and the opportunities to meet people and make friends.
The staff is wonderful - floor equipment is always in good shape and maintained and the workout classes are well organized with excellent instructors who care about their students and also are very well prepared. It has been a privilege to be able to come here each winter and be a happy member.
friendly family oriented facility
Everyone who works at the Kraft Family YMCA is very friendly and nice. The equipment is kept in good working condition. The locker rooms are clean and neat. The pool is fantastic in the summer.
The only suggestion I have it to install ceiling fans in the workout area upstairs. It gets very hot! Thank you.

Craft is excellent. I love the camaraderie, the very respectful demeanor, the staff who is very friendly, professional and incredible and the facilities which are very nice, clean and have everything needed to keep us in shape!

The staff is wonderful! I love the classes and instructors. I have made many friendships coming to class. Since I work from home the Y is a great way to make new friends. I love it!

All the staff are wonderful, kind, professional. The equipment is kept in great shape. The facility is always very clean, yet you accomplish this w/o using harsh chemicals or bleach (please continue that practice!)
One suggestion: the new "wipes" are not as good as the original ones. They have holes in them which causes them to dry out very quickly, requiring more to be used. If this was a cost savings, I hope you factored in the increased consumption into the savings.
