Well organized, inclusive, and a safe space for kids to try new sports.
I love the Y, great people and great instructors. This is the 2nd year in a row that rates have gone up and we still are having issues with the heat/air conditioning. The gym and fitness studios (especially cycle room) are always too hot. Can we get more 17.5 pound dumbbells upstairs and in the storage room in the gym? This is a good weight for women and we only have one set and they are always in use when I go.

Variety of programs offered
Everyone is so friendly! The facility is clean and the equipment is up to date and just what’s needed. I like that there’s always something going on to help give back like the angel tree, food drive and clothing drive. Oh, I’m enjoying the new infrared sauna.
Nice friendly staff and nice people who use it. The indoor walking upstairs is especially great. I wish you were open earlier on Sunday but …?

Community
The Kraft YMCA is an outstanding facility! It's modern, well-maintained, and has something for everyone. The children's programs are excellent—engaging, well-organized, and perfect for kids of all ages. The large walking track is a fantastic addition, providing a great space for exercise and relaxation. Highly recommend it for families and individuals alike!
Classes and community. Price is better than some other places
You didn’t ask about the things I didn’t like? Hmmm. That’s very biased. I don’t like how much dues raise each year. Way more than any raises I get at work. So your prices are going up faster than my income.
As a coach we get great support from staff and my kids had a great experience. It would be nice if the volunteer coaches would be able to register their kids at a discounted rate (or free) similar to most town programs, I think this would help with any coaching shortages.
Whole atmosphere
The staff. The fact that it's all about sportsmanship and having fun and learning new skills.
We felt it was a positive experience! The only comments I would make are:
-to make an effort for the referees to have consistent rules. When these kids are playing for their first season, rules consistency is important. This is something that was a problem even when games were held at the same YMCA.
- have a way to evaluate skill level within teams when forming them.
The gym is awesome, I especially like all the strength training equipment.
The equipment is well maintained and clean.

I love the atmosphere and the people. The class selection is good and most instructors are great.
I also love how Kraft is conveniently located to my home. I have been a member of Kraft since before the building was opened.

The instructors are the best!
It's close by , with an outdoor pool for family summertime relaxing. We have also used our YMCA membership to go the the YMCA in Lynchburg Va on a number of occasions while visiting family. Which has been very nice to have access to.
