It is a good please to be
All of the staff is very friendly and inviting. The locker rooms and gym are always super clean and all of the machines are working properly/the equipment is where its supposed to be. We have had the best experience at the Y for the past 5 months!!
Everyone is really nice and willing to help the kids
The location is convenient and I really like the group exercise classes I attend. It always makes my day better after the classes. The leaders of the classes are excellent.
My son has loved the team! We appreciate the coaches!
I love the East Triangle YMCA. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I would like for the East Triangle to add more challenging classes. I recently have been taking the Strength BODYPUMP at the Poole YMCA in Garner and they have the new Les Mills equipment and workout. The new equipment is very versatile and easy to use.
I also would like to see more challenging Cycle classes as well as more classes on Saturdays.
The Poole YMCA has a class on 9:10 and another at 9:15 following by another one at 10:15. The East Triangle does not have too much to choose for us that we live in Clayton.
Thank you
