Good
As a new member of the East Triangle YMCA, I’ve been really impressed so far. The heated pool is a standout feature being open year-round makes it a great option no matter the weather. It's one of the main reasons I joined, and it hasn’t disappointed.
I’ve also been enjoying the group classes. There’s a wide variety to choose from, and the instructors make them fun and approachable, even for beginners. Another big plus for me is the on-site daycare which is a lifesaver. The staff is so kind and attentive, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my child is well cared for while I work out.
Overall, this location has made a great first impression. It’s clean, well-organized, and very welcoming. I’d absolutely recommend it to other families or anyone looking to get active in a supportive manner.
I have enjoyed taking several of the Thrive classes and the line dance class.
I like the variety of classes available. But also the weight and exercise rooms upstairs.
The staff and members are very welcoming and friendly! I also appreciate the non-judgmental atmosphere and emphasis on doing the best you can. The class variety and amenities are great as well.
I’ve only been a member for a few days, but so far, I’m really impressed with the East Triangle YMCA. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciate the convenience of the on-site childcare — it’s one of the main reasons I joined. The variety of classes offered is great, and I love that the outdoor pool is reserved for members only. The park on-site is also a nice bonus for families. My only suggestion would be to add a few more class options earlier in the day, before 4 PM, to better accommodate different schedules.
I like the beautiful facility, the staff is very nice, teachers are amazing and the fitness classes offered around midday are very convenient in my schedule!
There's something for the whole family!
Everyone was so nice!
Location and friendly staff.
Also enjoy some classes which I didn’t think I would take advantage of when I initially joined.
Classes are great, instructors also. I enjoy the community and the pool.
The Thrive classes
The staff is friendly and I have met some good friends here.
very friendly atmosphere, great instructors.
everything is great. very friendly and helpful staff and great people in classes.
Love the classes and the instructors, great energy, good vibes
I was given a detailed tour and introduced to staff members. I felt very comfortable being back in the gym after such a long time. My kids love Kid Zone and it makes me enjoy my workouts even more!
Large upstairs "rec room" for free weights, lunges, squats, floor workouts. The sauna (FYI regarding the sauna - thermometer is broken, unfortunately this sauna is not as hot as the other Y saunas, and upper bench to the far right could use a middle support). The pool. Front desk staff were helpful.
I love the classes! In particular, Dana, Shanna, John and Judy's classes are amazing!
Staff and Thrive Classes. We need more classes on different days. And more pool classes
Lots of chairs and snacks are available also clean
Everything 😊
Everyone there is very friendly and inviting!
