I loved how when I asked where the changing in rooms and said I was new he showed me the other areas on the floor and welcomed me back!!
Quality of yoga instructors however I wish you would bring back the 4:15 T,Th mixed level yoga class.
The people who work there are super friendly. The instructors for the classes I take are awesome (Patrick and Traci)! I enjoy the amenities of clean towels. I participated in 2 events this year: the March tri and July Tour de Alexander. I look forward to more!
It stays open later than most other YMCAs, it has a steam room, and an indoor pool.
Great Y! Love the staff there. Have joined a Y family.
Only suggestion I would make is to return to the hand-out key system in the women's and men's locker rooms. The existing locks get jammed way too often. Besides, have the personal, human interaction is what makes the Y the Y. More charm, less frustration. Pearl and Vanessa do a great job interacting with people and make your day brighter!

Quality, inspiring instructors. Everyone on staff is so welcoming. New building is fabulous. Wide variety of adult classes.
I love the classes that you offer! I do a lot of cycling classes, which has been great. I also appreciate that you open early and close late. It’s really helpful for fitting in my workouts.

A few suggestions:
Men's Locker Room:
1. Smells bad.
2. The tile floor is usually pretty dirty, especially by the showers where it appears there is
visibly dirty water
3. The showers are pretty dirty, they need a deep clean. I think they need some
scrubbing and occasional bleach.
4. The sauna needs a deep cleaning.
As a general rule, the men's room needs more than just a daily cleaning and is in need of scrubbing in the corners, the grout etc. It is easy to overlook but I think easy to fix with some elbow grease.
Equipment:
1. Please service the rowing machines regularly. The owner's manual for those machines recommends regular maintenance of the chain drive.
I really enjoy the Y and the facility. Its a great space with a friendly and welcoming environment!
Nice variety of exercise options. Good instructors.
Clean faciities, well maintained equipement and polite, professional staff.
I enjoy the classes I've taken....Thrive options, indoor water aerobics, barre, and especially yin. The track is nice to walk as well.
I am NOT a fan of the size of the pickleball courts or the outdated lockers in the women's locker area.

The facilities are in excellent condition. The indoor pool is extremely important to me as I have a specific medical condition where swimming is highly reccomended for managing my chronic issues.
