Tyler was great at helping fit my 12 year old twins. He was VERY patient and thoughtful. I had planned to buy another bike at a different shop we had visited earlier in the day. We ended up having to leave so I planned to go back later to pay and pick up the bikes, hoping for the best. I decided to try a different shop and found Tyler to be very helpful and my guys were able to try the bike out in the parking lot so we felt more confident about our purchase. Overall I ended up spending much more money (about $200/bike), but it was a much more pleasant shopping experience, my guys were treated very well, and I feel confident the bikes we purchased are great fits and last a few years.

We had the best experience buying 2 e-bikes from Cycle Fit! From the moment we walked in they were very helpful and accommodating, answering all of our questions, and we had alot! Stan was very attentive to our needs. Greg actually stole the show for us! He went through EVERYTHING about e-bikes and he spent time putting on our bike rack and showing us all we need to know. I will tell everyone to go to Cycle Fit for all of their biking needs! They take their time to answer any questions and concerns you may have! Oh we needed a hitch on our car and Jason came to the house and installed it! This place is wonderful! We are thrilled that we went to Cycle Fit and will have a long relationship with them for yrs to come!

Very friendly staff! I've yet to use their mechanical services, but while overhearing conversations with customers in the shop, it appears they are very knowledgeable. As I get back into biking, I will definitely use them the next time I need services.
