Greg was very friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of bikes and accessories. My Trek bike that we ordered on line was ready the next day. Greg answered all my questions and made great recommendations on a rear rack and kickstand. I will be using Greg for all service and any future purchases of accessories and bikes.

The service is outstanding. I brought my son into the shop on Saturday to get a new bike. The manager asked a bunch of questions to my son and recommended a bike that met everything he wanted. They didn’t have the exact color so they ended up putting the color he wanted for the handle grips and water bottle holder. My 10 year old son was so happy. On the way home he said “that man was so nice. He knew everything about bikes”. They now have a customer for life. 100% recommend.
