Love the community health program supporting my medical challenge. Enjoyed the instructor, Bridgett ensured we understood and allowed each person to individualize their own program. It was most helpful to meet and socialize with my classmates. I'm recommending these programs to all I meet.

So many thing! All the staff are so friendly and always ready to help. The variety of gym classes are awesome and having the child watch makes things much easier for me. Amanda and all her staff ate also really friendly. I always recommend the Y to my friends or anyone who will listen
