Friendly, welcoming faces, like Allon, Mona, and Jayce. There are others, whose names I do not know. I appreciate the variety of classes offered and the quality of instructors. I greatly enjoy working out in a class, frequented by both college students and retirees. The diversity of my Y mates keeps it interesting. The facility and the equipment are well-maintained by a competent and pleasant staff. Really, what more could I ask for in a workout facility? I’ve been a member for more than 30 years, and enjoy, knowing that I can work out at a Y when I travel. I love my Y!

It's a very nice facility with lots of options and I haven't met anyone that I didn't like.
Its a comprehensive facility. I still prefer midtown but if I were a swimmer, this would be the place and it accepts my renu active so its free.

Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Back office staff worked with me on a tricky use of health insurance cards to bill membership. Aquatics staff are fantastic. The locker rooms and lap pool are wonderful and well maintained.
