I like the water aerobics classes.
Good facilities, staff and a very wide assortment of activities for people of all ages.
The water aquatics that I beagn earlier this year has done absolute wonders for me. There is something so therapeutic in water excersises that massage therapy, chiropractors nor physical therapy seems to posess. I have tried all of the above "medical" references...they helped but not in a way that the water aquatics are doing.
Highly recomend the YMCA.

Wonderful staff, exceptional facility and very thoughtful kids programs. I honestly don't know what our family would do without the YMCA for afterschool and summer camps. It is well worth the investment. She has not only built some great relationships new friends and counselors but always comes away from the day with a huge smile. Thank you, thank you, thank you for providing such a wonderful and safe environment for our kids. The gym and pool are great too (haha)!
My place of peace and stress relief. Everyone is so nice and friendly. My kids love to go to child watch to play with their friends. We all leave a little happier.

Love the y!! It’s a great place to work out!! I do wish that the body pump classes in the morning were 60 minutes but other than that no complaints

The YMCA staff is always responsive, helpful, and positive. I like the various camp options and group fitness classes. There is something for everyone.

I love that everyone is at the Y for their own personal reason. And no one makes any judgement. It's a place where I always feel welcomed. I leave refreshed and stronger in body and soul.
I love the classes . What I don’t enjoy is taking a class after the hot bar class. No one in the class seems to consider the next class coming in behind them. The room is extremely hot and wet. In the extreme heat and humidity we have had this summer some days have been terrible. I don’t know why the instructor can’t turn the air down before the next class. That would be an easy soulution

I really like your water aerobis programs. There is flexibility for class times and "most" of your instructors are great. (The subs need to be addressed!)
Everyone is very helpful and friendly..especially the front desk when MonaLisa and Justin are there.
I only rated it a 9 because I thik there is ALWAYS room for improvements.
