The availability of the program I want to use; day and time. My instructor in the 9:15 Water Aerobics is great. He works on strength and core and picks great music to exercise to. He is personable, friendly and puts levity in the program.
The hours are very inclusive to schedule needs, I love that my monthly payment contributes to the community and community programs. The environment feels safe and nonjudgemental. I love that we have access to sauna and steam rooms in the locker rooms. The classes are wonderful and the instructors are so kind and supportive. I recommend to everyone I know!

I LOVE the Y and visit probably three times a week. As a senior citizen, I am saddened that you will no longer accept the insurance from BSBC. I will have to see how to be able to continue enjoying your offerings next year.
