Excellent instructors and group exercise classes
As new members, my husband and I have only worked out a few times or attended a few classes. I focus on the deep water classes and various yoga, stretch classes. All of the instructors are outstanding. Every aspect of the facility is well organized, professional and very friendly. The fact that there is something for everyone is so impressive. I love the sense of community and welcoming spirit I’ve experienced so far.
My husband works out on his own and is extremely pleased with the variety of equipment, plus he’s ever had to wait to use anything. So glad we joined.
